Prague

We lived in Prague for a couple of months last semester. It was great. We traveled all around Europe with Brailyn in a backpack. She was great, and she's already seen more countries in her 1st 18 months than we had at 18 years!!

17 Months

Hello Brailyn!! Well, we are now living in Tampa, FL for the summer for Dada’s internship with Hilti. We really like it. Our apartment is nice and we see lot of animals when we go on walks: frogs, lizards, ducks, herons, turtles…it’s a zoo!! You are getting so big now and are saying new words everyday. Already you say “no” (of course), please, cheese, chicken, shoes, keys, grandma and you say “b” for bear, ball, balloon, and water. You like to sing songs to your Baby Einstein playtime cd but your favorite song is “5 little monkeys” with Mr. Alligator. We learned it in nursery and you want to sing it all the time. Even at bedtime. You like going to nursery, and mama stays with you still until you turn 18 months, but you’re getting into it. You love to play dress up with mama’s Burberry purse and clothes. And you want mama to wear her high heels too. We went to the beach today and had so much fun playing in the warm water. Even mama went in the water. But our best trip so far was to Seaworld. Elmo was there and we saw his show with the Bookaneers. You loved it. You were so excited at first you were crying and laughing at the same time!! But then you calmed down and loved the rest of the shows too- Sea Lion and Otter, Shamu and the pet show. You love to talk on the phone when you play (using anything to pretend is a phone) and love to look at your animal and number flash cards. You still love your veggies and eat fish and chicken. Mama is cooking healthy dinners for the family and you love it all. Makes mama so happy. We think you are the best baby ever and love seeing you grow and learn new things!! Keep it up!!
